My mother was told she would have to wait until a service person was "in the area." Well, a service person is NEVER in the area! My mother waited patiently and called every month for over 8 months!!! 2nd: Person on the phone would not schedule a service call. First: couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for at least 20 minutes. The lift was great until after a few years the battery stopped charging and we tried to schedule a service call. She contacted the company who stated they would not be able to re-attend until the following day ! My mother needs the stairlift to go to the toilet, shower and bedroom which are all upstairs. However within the next hour my mother wanted to use stairlift to go to toilet. Service engineer arrived at allotted time and carried out service to my mothers stairlift.
